Total Service Engineering has been responsible for the redevelopment and refunctionalization of the site, accurate survey and development of the preliminary design of the former abandoned industrial site in Mereto di Tomba.
The abandoned area has been redesigned and transformed to a building and urban planning level, respecting and analyzing the regulations requirements in force, in a new area of scientific research and scientific dissemination.
A central building as an invitation and central pole of the whole area revolves around an auditorium, a university campus, a building for day-hospital use and various general recreational services for the community of Mereto.
The application in the design of active and passive construction strategies, contemporary to contemporary engineering, is of particular importance.
