Guess shop in Utrecht, a stone’s throw from the central station, built on two levels.

Corner shop, displays its windows towards the gallery, making it one of the most prominent shops in the center.

Total Service Engineering has carried out in full with the executive design of the store, both at the architectural and plant level, as well as the activities of Local Architect, managing the authorizations and communications with the municipality.

The store’s emblem is the staircase made of glass and steel, custom-designed by TSE.

Glass railing, steel hand rails make the staircase not only a pure connection between two floors but a furnishing element.
