The commercial unit overlooks the porticoes of Via Roma, one of the main streets of the historic down town of Turin.
Total Service Engineering has carried out for the executive design for the construction of the new Italian sales point according to the new Guess concept design.
The work includes the replacement of the facade shop windows , the dimensional expansion of the entrance and the existing lift shaft. The electrical systems (including video surveillance, sound system and anti-intrusion) have been completely renovated, while the air conditioning system has been newly installed.
The new staircase architectural / structural design connecting the basement and ground floors of the commercial unit was entirely performed by TSE.
Moreover, in the executive phase, TSE carried out the works management also managing safety on site in compliance with current legislation.
