Guess shop located in Rue Neuve, one of the most important street of the Brussels business districts.
Building developed on 6 floors, 5 of which are dedicated to retail and 1 used for offices.
Total Service Engineering followed the refurbishment of the entire building and the renovation of the façade, interfacing with the local authorities for the permits necessary to carry out the works in accordance with the rules.
The office also worked on architectural development and plant design, paying particular attention to the visual arrangement of mechanical and electrical terminals and distributions.
